In-Home Support

Accommodation Supports
Getting accommodation support is something FlexiHome Care can provide you. With this services, we will help you find the right home. May you need a group or individual home, we will work together with you to achieve your goals. Our accommodation includes short to long term supports which is entirely based on your needs and goals.
For accommodation supports we provide:
- Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Case Management
We provide assistance in handling your case by linking you to various mainstream, informal, and community-based supports. In this service, we may help you engage with other institutions such as Medicare, Centrelink and other related organisation that may help you achieve your goals and needs. Our case management includes assessment, planning, implementation, monitoring and review of the goals of the participant.
Life Skills Development
We provide where essential skills will be developed to help participants be more confident, live more independently, and build a socially active lifestyle. Participants may get overwhelmed when they thought of learning new things or there will be changes in their routines. But with gradual changes and effective learning activities, positive results can be achieved.
