SDA Application Process
To find your new home, follow these easy steps:
1. Search vacancies.
Browse through a full list of available homes to find one that best fits your needs.
2. Select a property.
Click the Read More button to view the property’s profile on the Nest website (our disability housing partner).
3. Apply for the vacancy.
Click Apply to apply for your chosen property.
4. The provider assesses your application.
The accommodation provider evaluates your SDA eligibility and messages you to discuss further.
5. Move into your new place.
Once your application is approved, pack your things and prepare for the next exciting chapter.
